CrossFit classes already include strength and conditioning. For athletes who want extra volume or a more targeted focus, Shokunin also provides additional programming that can be completed outside the regular class.
Extra programming can be used to develop foundational strength, accessory work, muscular endurance, or specific weaknesses without replacing the main CrossFit program.
The goal is to add useful work around your primary training rather than simply doing more for the sake of more.
Members can complete additional work during appropriate open-gym opportunities or during independent training time. Optional 24-hour access gives athletes with demanding schedules another way to fit supplemental work into the week.
This option is best for members who are consistent with regular training and want to address a specific goal such as strength, work capacity, accessory development, or competition preparation.
